- Extensive familiarization and safety trainings for the team, especially those in guest-facing roles.

- Mandatory temperature screenings and sanitation for the team prior to entering resort premises. Unwell staff are asked to stay at home and offered immediate medical support whenever relevant

- All dishes will be served covered and service spoons will be offered for all family-style shared dishes
- Increased frequency of sanitation of menus and contactless payment options will be made available and encouraged
- Hygiene amenities including hand sanitizing gels will be available at the entrance of the restaurant and bar and other convenient locations in to the resort
ALA CARTE BREAKFAST may be served in the rooms if they wish, or at the restaurant following Social Distancing. NO BUFFETS.

SIARGAO BLEU’S CANCELLATION POLICY
The full price of the reservation will be charged upon booking, and is non-refundable.
If Siargao Bleu Resort & Spa, or the Guest cannot operate properly at all due to the result of situations of Force Majeure and acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, war, explosion, bombing, civil commotion, riot, disturbance or political unrest or any circumstance(s) beyond its control, both parties will not be held responsible in any way for any cancellations due to the situation(s) stated above. In this case, the guests will be allowed to reschedule their trip within the period of two (2) years from the original date of arrival. It can be booked anytime subject to room availability.
